As we continue to expand globally and diversify our portfolio, we are searching for a dynamic Client Success Manager to join our team with an immediate start.

Position Overview: We seek a seasoned Client Success Manager who excels at cultivating and maintaining client relationships within the compliance software industry. You will primarily focus on supporting clients in the financial sector, such as acquiring banks, payment facilitators, and other payment service providers. The ideal candidate deeply understands complex compliance requirements, has a customer-centric approach, and shows the proven ability to build long-term partnerships that drive value and ensure regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key clients.
    • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met by reviewing their compliance strategies, identifying evolving needs, and providing tailored solutions through proactive communication.
  • Compliance Expertise
    • Stay informed about the latest financial industry regulations, particularly those affecting acquiring banks and payment facilitators.
    • Provide expert guidance on compliance software solutions that support clients in meeting regulatory standards (e.g., AML, KYC, KYB).
    • Collaborate with the internal compliance and product teams to keep our solutions updated and relevant to client needs.
  • Business Development & Client Retention
    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities aligned with client objectives.
    • Drive growth through renewals, enhance client retention, and expand the client portfolio within the financial services sector.
    • Develop and implement account strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Project & Account Management
    • Lead client onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring smooth setup and integration of our software.
    • Manage client projects, coordinating with internal teams to deliver within scope and on time.
    • Monitor key account metrics, leveraging data to refine strategies and enhance client outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment with client needs and market demands.
    • Serve as the client’s advocate within the company, providing valuable feedback for product enhancements and new features.
    • Represent the company at industry events to strengthen client relationships and brand presence.

Key Skills:

  • Client-Centric Approach: Skilled at understanding client business models, anticipating needs, and delivering personalised solutions.
  • Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry, including AML, KYC, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to establish and sustain long-term, trust-based relationships with high-profile clients.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficient in analysing client data, identifying trends, and developing strategies that improve client satisfaction and compliance results.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently delivering on commitments.
  • Negotiation: Adept at negotiating contracts, renewals, and service agreements

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within compliance software or financial services.
